Thanks to Zanzibar
1. disable auto updates
2. go to controll panel -> uninstall or change program -> view installed updates
3. remove KB3035583, KB3068708, KB3022345, KB2952664, KB2990214, KB971033, KB3021917, KB3044374
4. restart, and after restart check if the all this updates is removed, if not (usually KB2952664 cannot be removed ) go to step 5 if everything is ok go to step 6
5. a)go to run->cmd and type dism /online /get-packages | findstr KB2952664 (when KB2952664 is the name of stucked package) you will get version of packages
b) then run "dism /online /remove-package /PackageName:Package_for_KB2952664~31bf3856ad364e35 ~amd64~~6.1.1.3" (if you have more that one verion run remove command for other versions too)
c) reboot and check again if the update packages is removed
6. to to cmd and run "sc stop Diagtrack " after that run " sc delete Diagtrack"
7. go to task sceduled and remove
a) Everything under "Application Experience"
b) Everything under "Autochk"
c) Everything under "Customer Experience Improvement Program"
d) Under "Disk Diagnostic" only the "Microsoft-Windows-DiskDiagnosticDataCollector"
e) Under "Maintenance" "WinSAT"
f) "Media Center" and click the "status" column, then select all non-disabled entries and disable them.
8) go to services ant put service remote registry from manual to diasbled
