Dead jynx?

Just tried to turn on my jynxbox , plugged in and i get no lights on the front or any life at all. Does anyone have any ideas on what i could do or is it f'd? I checked some things, and have some decent knowledge of a volt meter but need some guidance as to what to test?

Nevermind, removed the jb 200 chip and it booted
