don't mean to highjack, but I am also missing channels but on the 82 , I have the new bev antenna with a double lnb in my settings I have it set to ocs dp and using the diseqc 1.0 with #1 set to 91 and diseqc 1.0 #2 set to 82 is this right

I believe its a dishpro, it is a single unit that has the 2 lnbs built in, can"t be sure since I did not do the install. Just from what I see from my deck

I've tried using the legacy settings and it detects a signal but doesn"t specify which satellite it is and bars stay red

A legacy twin and dishpro twin look the same The dishpro has DP on it in black lettering
you need to identify the lnb and switch. Is it a bell install?

and legacy sw42 dish 1 for 91

they have been lately with some set-ups,not too sure if they have switched over lnbs on all set-ups

I found using legacy lnb 1 would detect 91 but legacy lnb 2 would not detect 82 bars stay red

Hi nobodyspecial I have identified that it is in fact a dishpro lnb as for the dp on the label. I went into my settings and found that transponder # 23 on the 82 satellite is very weak as well as # 22 on the same satellite. Which makes me think the dish has moved since the installation maybe a wind or something. I don"t have a ladder that high to reach this thing , but I was given another dish with a sw21 switch attached. Gonna go pick that up and then mount it somewhere that I can have access to it to move it around if needed. i'll let you know how it goes.

Well new dish is mounted and I am scanning right now, but before I started the scan I checked all the transponders and sat 82 transponder # 23 still signal and quality drop off and does not lock on sat anymore, do you know what frequency should be on that transponder ? I've got 12.530ghz is this right?

Does anyone have a channel list I can download for the with the channels I am missing . I have channel 2030 2031 2032 and 2033, from there it goes to 2040 then 2050 with nothing in between and this are the channels I am missing in the HD's which just happen to be my local programming

Satellite is 82.0 w. Frequency is (23) 12.530 Ghz symbol rate 21.500 ms/s. Polarity H transmission turbo 8psk pilot off fec auto search type auto

did you do a manual scan of that tp? What is sig and q?

Now that I have it set to vertical, I have a 97 percent s. With a 97 percent q, and when I go to horizontal I have 41 s and 39 q and not locked, when I scan it gives me 10 channels but they are doubles of what I already have. But that's scanning with it locked in the v position

Well I'll be damned I could of swore they did have HD channels but apparently they do not. That's pretty good since they are both Bell media stations you would think it would be in HD on bev. But on Rogers it is in HD . Sorry for getting you going through all that, now to figure out my Nat geo wild, channel 2610 for some reason that says bad or scrambled
