Hey, I hope that someone can help me perform an initial scan on my clone T6.
I did the wipe, updated with the clone patch, and wiped again.
When I do a scan, I cannot get any channels.
Here's what I know:
* The dish / lnb's are okay. I plugged a subbed receiver in, and signal is okay, and channels are fine.
* I am pointed at 91, and 81, and I am using an SW21 (also confirmed with the subbed receiver).
* I can log in to TVHeadend on the clone.
* Physical dish and lnb's are "stock" from the "original supplier".
* I select one dish (ie: 91), and ensure that the other dish has no LNB power before scanning.
* I have legacy switch sw21, with port 1 on 91, port 2 on 81.
* I set the LNB with Standard / 11250.
So, I am stuck... Any help is greatly appreciated.

If that was a bell installer install be sure he didn't use dish PP dual or singles. I have seen a few older installs like that.

Thanks for the heads-up Benney. They are the D-Type circular LNBs.
I'm going to keep trying a few other things in the meantime, and will post again if the results change.

Hey Nobodyspecial,
Just one receiver. It's a 3100, so I did the 82W myself.
I just removed my SW21 and plugged directly into 91W, just to be sure it's not a flaky switch (or a flaky install on my part).... same results.

Can you post a photo of the LNB's?
There may be some sort of conflict between the two.

Ok same as mine.
LNB set as single 11250
91 SW21 off
82 SW21 on
see what happens.

Thanks again everyone for helping.
So, I tried changing as you suggested Benney, and still no dice. I'm not even picking up 82.
I might try to bring my STB to my in-laws, and try it out there. Weird, since I can plug in an old 3100, and it works great over here. I just want to try to isolate where the failure is, before I get another sudden bout of Tourrettes.

I got everything to work. My existing LNBs do work, but they are wayyyy more sensitive than the Subbed receiver can see. I had to re-point the dish "just a hair" to get it working. I am only picking up 91 right now, and 82 is not working out right now.
I assume that using a pair of FTA LNBs would make a difference? Is there a specific set that I should look at, so they will still fit my existing pan?
Again, thanks to everyone who helped out here.

Maybe you need power inserter.
I know it's required for South.

Thanks again everyone. I am going to consider this thread closed, since this is no longer a Dreamlink issue, but rather a pan/lnb issue.

Those LNBs are fine to use, no need to buy anymore.
