In order to improve the service security and stability we will implement the username and password authentication starting on February 1st, the username and password will be the donation number tied to your MAC Address, this information was provided in your order details. In case you don't know your username or password please get in contact with your provider to avoid loss of service.

Those who purchased directly from us can find their username and password using the form:

A new version of the STB Emulator and PVR Stalker (KODI Addon) will be released very soon to ensure full compatibility, is highly recommended to update to the latest version once it's available and always use our custom version of both applications.

The IPTV Stalker (KODI Addon) won't be supported anymore, unless its creator makes the necessary fixes to be compatible with our system.

Hope you understand the objetive of this security measure and we apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause to you.

Hi.

As a security measure starting on April 5th the "Search Donation" form will require the E-Mail address or the Order Number and the Donation number to be able to consult a Donation number:


Without this information you wont be able to check your donation status, link a MAC address, change the current MAC or make IPTV reset. If you bought from a Reseller please ask him for the information specified as "Donation Client" because that's what you will have to use instead of the E-Mail or the Order number in order to be able to consult your donation number.

IT appears we are having problems with IPTV NFPS has been contacted 04/01/16 and 04/02/16

UPDATE 04/02/16 -problems connecting or authentication failed -



What Resets was working earlier is no-longer working now The Staff has no idea what is going on at this time.

IPTV Portal Problems
Hello dear users.

Unfortunately some of our servers are having network problems and for such reason around a 50% of you are experiencing down times and intermittent connections. Our tech team is working hard to get this solved ASAP.

IPTV New Ports
Dear customers,

Our technical team have been able to address and resolve the network issue that was affecting the portal connection, In order to mitigate this kind of problems in the future, we have had to make changes and created 5 different portal clusters to handle users in different network segments. All users have been distributed between the new portal clusters and you will have to update the portal URL in your STB or application.

To get the new portal URL associated to your Donation Number / MAC Address please use the form.

We sincerely apologize for any inconveniences with this change and hope you understand that we have been forced to do it in order to provide better stability.

IPTV Planned Maintenance
Dear customers.

We are scheduling an IPTV maintenance window on April 25th from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM EST. During those hours you will experience down times on USA and Latin American channels.

The objective of this maintenance is to improve those channels stability by upgrading hardware and software.

As many of you already know we are experiencing a constant freezing during peak hours, it's due to a network issue and we are working hard to get it solved asap.

Most of the European hosting providers internet connections are being affected by a network issue causing freezing to the IPTV service including the Video Club. We are pushing our providers to get it solved ASAP.
