Dreamlink HD T5 and Unknownetwork

Hi I have a dreamlink T5 that is showing unknown network when attempting to setup sat 110 & 119. I verified each of the frequency (TP) for both sat and are also showing unknown network. This situation is only happening with this receiver, since I tested the connections with other two receivers (Dreamlink HD & Dreamlink T4) and they are working and connecting as expected. Both sat are shown with strengths (S) of 97% & quality (Q) of 96%.

Latest bin Dreamlink_T5_0010_0910_factory.bin and Dreamlink_T5_0106_0217P.bin were installed.

Any recommendation or help will be appreciated.
