Seems like I used ipguys last year for a few months and was disappointed but my memory is not clear. Went with NFPS because it was better at the time and the 20 user re-seller panel made the price attractive. (just family and friends - we do not sell) I was wondering what the people using ipguys have to say about the service. NFPS has a lot of weakness but it may eventually get better. We are looking around to see who the "people" like and why

IPGuys is a good service - as is NFPS. They all seem to have problems at times - recently NFPS seems to be having more than their share trying to upgrade their security - but IPGuys was having problems a while back when NFPS was running smooth.

IPGuys may have better quality hi def channels than NFPS - but it will be Canadian content. The trade off is that OIPGuy's HD channels require more bandwidth - so if you don't have good high speed internet you may have a problem.
I like the selection of US channels from Dish and Direct that NFPS/Rocket streams and like some of the Canadian content and higher resolution that IPGuys has - so watch both. IPTV prices are pretty cheap so why not use both?

In a lot of cases you may not care - but some people for instance prefer NFPS's USA version of Bravo, Food Network premium movie channels and other channels and may not like the Canadian version that IPGuys has. On the other hand some people prefer the Canadian content.
IPGuys probably has a better selection of some international channels - but you may not care about that.
