Looking for Service offering Big Ten net.

Current have NFPS which in beginning offered BTN, but was removed. On almost all forums if one questions the reason for or even mentions the word channel you get a snarky reply post is deleted as you are accused of channel begging. I simply seeking a service that offers the BTN as a second service for myself.
