Reseller's Credits renewal

As an ipguys reseller, can I buy the credits from different resellers or I have to stick with the first reseller who created the panel for me?

the guy you are buying from would have a Master reseller panel and you would be listed on his panel as one of his dealers. Other than the head honchos of the IPGuys - he would be the only one that could add credits to your panel.
If you want to buy from someone else - you would have to get a new panel from them.

This means that I need to transfer my customers MAC from first panel to the new one before the old credits got expired. is that correct?

no you have to wait until they expire then delete them off the old panel then add to the new panel

its fun i know o have had to do it many times..............people pop up over night then gone next week.......all part of the game

Tbird is right the normal to do it is to wait until it expires and then delete them from the old panel and then put it on the new panel - but there is a way to do it if you don't want to wait. Change the MAC address of your guy on the old panel and then you can add them to the new panel.

then the credits will be lost from the old panel.
and when added to the new panel you will have add credit again,ending up loosing
on your side

just use up the credits on the old panel..duh. you dont have to be in a hurry as both panels will open with different logins.
