BEIN Sports channels

Guys, I have a problem regarding the BEIN Sports channels in ipguys service.
I am using Android box installing STB Emulator. the channels were working with no problem and suddenly they stopped working, only channel 11 is working. knowing that I have another android box with the same emulator and same service and it is working fine.
So the problem is not in the service, something regards the box or the software.
I tried to uninstall the emulator and install it again with no success.
May anyone help me?

just for the headsup, try changing the media player option in your menu layout !, see if that helps.

Thanks, this was the problem actually. but I have different problem now, the only player that can be used for these channels is the default Ikj Player. this player is sooo slow when you go between channels, it plays in slow motion for the first 3~5 sec then the channel works normally. if I changed the player to Exo player, this slowness problem disappeared while this player cannot play Bien Sport channels. any ideas?
Any one knows why Iks is slow or why Exo cannot play Bien? any solutions ?
