Kodi on Mag 254

I'm more into the satellite side of our hobby so this stuff just goes over my head. I was wondering if I could download kodi on my mag 254? If so, what specific steps are required? Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

android for ease of use imo, most android devices allow you to add kodi, there are many brands/models when looking for an android device, hard to advise which is best as there are so many on the market plus what I think is good someone else might not share the same opinion and vice versa,
another alternative if just wanting the use of kodi is to use a laptop or pc which can connect to your tv
