Help with B3V NPIKS!

hey can anyone confirm, A few days ago most of the channels worked I'm getting channels that are scrambled..
is there an ECM going on with this server
DVELO. TLCHD HISTHD SCIHD GEOHD SMITH channel is just a few of them.. anyone else with the same problem?
