Can not get Horizontal polarity on Bev have 2 dreamlinks both do same have changed lnb same problem Vertical are all ok.Can any one suggest what is wrong. Would a scan help?

Have tried 2 dish single lnb's and 2 direct tv lnb's The dish one worked last year have not used bev since Oct. last year.

budd I'm having the same issue! I just got mine working it was my sw21 switch try bypassing the switch change the settings on ur box, then try bev see if it works :) let us know on ur progress

I have tried to go through directly from bell dish to receiver with no switch and still same issue. What is sw21 switch? What changes on box?

Yea tried everything. Directly from bell dish to receiver tried 2 dish lnb and 2 direct lnb no H transponders will come in.Tried different cable.

Yes both receivers worked until I went south last fall, when I got back I had this problem. Settings under positioner settings
frequency (1) 12.224 GHz (V) When I change to (2) 12.239GHz (H) signal is lost.
Under Manual Scan
frequency (1) 12.224GHz(V)
symbol rate 20.000 MS/s
Polarity V
tranmission DVBS QPSK
FEC Auto
search type all channel
network scan off

All V frequencys work and all H are no signal

voltage output check to see if it switches between 13 and 18 volts

I have tried without the 1000.2 dish (it has a power supply) by going directly from bell dish to receiver and same problem also have 2 dreamlink receivers both have same settings and problems. 110 and 119 and 129 have signal on V and H

a bud had the same problem, was the coax cable from dish to receiver,could not see anything wrong with it but changed it and was all good!

Will check cable. Tried rescan and noticed none of the H transponders downloaded.

donster how did u make out? I was getting the same problem I thought it was my switch, but it turns out, both cables coming from LNBs were no good, I replaced those and now everything works 100%

Looks like the 1000.2 lnb in is my problem works ok without going through 1000.2. Will see if I can get a new one. Thanks guys for all the help. It is a dish problem not receiver.
