from menu,you lose your settings and channels You can save them onto usb then loading back.
Your server info is untouched

The T5 or T4 boxes are turned off or on by the remote Red Power switch...the first thing to do is a Factory set and then you go back to Configuration and setup for your settings and setup your networks and time and a/v outputs and your sats etc.
Now after you do that you go back and do the Factory Set again and power off the remote and power up... all settings should be set and saved...hope this helps you
