Changed TP's ?

Did the TP's for the north change recently? I see there is a new bin for changed TP's for the south, does anyone know if they have been moved around. I see a lot of north users saying I am losing channels or no signal on them where there has been before? Thanks for any information in advance guys!

nothing has changed, acouple of users are having hardware issues
