yes, I did directly connect internet but my internet is not connecting but the same time another same box is working fine

I have a mag254 that wont connect to the internet cable on internet is lit but page shows internet not avalilable
Ethernet enabled ip not available I also have a avov and it connect ok any help

shot in the dark is is a new box?

maybe it needs the system updated?

try that......go to the inner portal and check for updates........get to the latest r file i think its r12 or r14 now

old box is not new
