Renewing Subscription problem

My subscription to ipguys recently expired. I tried to renew it with a different reseller. He told me that he could not add my mac address to his panel because my previous reseller still had my mac address on his panel. I asked my old reseller to remove me from his panel & i still have not heard back from him. Has anyone else ever heard of this situation. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Yes i just wanted to renew it, but decided to go with a different seller.

some times my guy will send in the request and they will delete it to make it free again

romo, i had the same issue with a different service and I had to wait a few days after my expiration date for my service to be released from my old reseller's panel. Then I was able to find a different reseller for the same service.
