Ever since I upgraded from windows 7 to windows 10, I've noticed that the external hardrive does not work. I can connect it to my computer and it does show the contents, so I put all of the files on the computer, reattached to the Dreamlink T5 HD and still get the message USB device not connected, or something like that. I thought that perhaps I should reformat the drive again, so I wiped and reformatted to FAT32, but still no luck. Anyone else having this sort of issue?

No, I don't have another on hand, but the same drive opens correctly on the PC, and all files are readable? You are thinking it may be a bad drive?
Just fixed the problem. Noticed in another post a while back that the primary partition had to be the FAT32. I had it set to secondary, don't really know why, but when I changed it back using EASUS software, and converted the old primary to logical, the DLt5hd noticed the drive right away.
