my neighbour had 1 year with powerfta and just renewed another year. He did once notice he was not connecting(approx christmas time). After emailing his connection came back and he is pretty sure it had at least 2 weeks added to the expire time. So the neighbour has had a pretty good experience. He does notice more freezing at times than he would like but there just isnt anything better available(publicly).
