many chs on express are labeled as 4k but they are not actually 4k or 1080p and no one else offers chs in that resolution.....

If you are looking for Indian channels - then I think you will probably like IPTVExpress - they have a very good selection of live and VOD content and - while not true HD or 4K - the picture quality is quite good.
