Is smaller iks down and what happened to Cmex ?

Hi,
Is anyone else experiencing smaller iks north and south down ? And I cannot seem to pm Cmex anymore, has smaller iks been shut down and Cmex is in the same situation as Zoogor ?
I had gotten a subscription with Cmex couple of weeks ago and everything is working fine till the last 2 days, it has been down.

If you tried searching "smaller iks" you would find that it, as well as 2 others have shut down permanently.Gone.
