what is IKS? I have a channel list on but i have no channels they are just black. I dont have the name of my doner, everything is through a middle man and keeps asking for more money on top of my rate. seems a little shady when he keeps disconnecting me

If you have already donated to a certain service I find it hard to believe you don't know what iks is. But if that is the case then I suggest you do some research and reading on the board. I would suggest the same on searching to finding a doner. Imo if one signs up for said service for a determined amount of time and $ from jump then that is what it should be. If during the set time service was turned off and more $ were asked for then sounds like red flag city. Seeing this really has nothing to do with a certain stb and more to do with a donation I'll move it to that section.

As to research and reading up it does work. I spent almost two months searching, reading and downloading ever thing I could that would help me with using a pansat and standalone files back in 2005. That way when I finally was ready to buy and setup I would be way ahead of the game.
