Avov Missing Server Info Input and mickeyhop apps

I was having a problem with Kodi locking up and decided to uninstall then reinstall. I went to Mickeyhop store to reinstall and no apps show up. Any idea why.

I then decided to do a factory reset thinking there might be a problem with my system. Now that I did that, I do not get the option to input any server info in settings. Server is no longer showing as an option. How do I fix to input my paid server info.

just hit play button and that brings you to tvonline when you setup the server but need to setup server first to get tvonline
