cant scan in certan chans

I got ultimate north 91 scans in great but 82 I'm missing all kinds of good channels like ctv-t tlc-hd hist-hd ect!
anyone know what I should try doing, ive done manual, auto scan with network off and on, I don't know what else to try!! I got signal on all tps

Are you showing a lock on 82 before scanning?

Rescan the TPs for those missing channels. I shouldn't create any doubles.
