It was mentioned already, but I am saying the same thing, message you prefered seller, find out the price of the donation you want, then go to your local shoppers drugmart or petro canada or canada post outlet and purchase a vanilla visa for the amount required. No BS , no paper trail, no hassles and if you don't understand bit coin, this here is easily understandable

I have also noticed that most IKS sellers are only using Paypal.It has me worried.Getting South in U.S or North in Canada has Risks using Paypal.But if getting South in Canada or North in U.S wouldn't that be tolerable using Paypal?

If you use any type of credit card to pay a reseller you are putting the reseller at risk and thus in the long run yourself at risk.
If the reseller accepts credit cards as a payment option - you give him your card number, expiry and CVV - once he has that information he has to take the money from that credit card. So let's assume that all the Providers - Direct D*sh and BEV have signal integrity investigators here and at other forums like this that discuss IKS/IPTV. They PM a IKS/IPTV reseller here to check the price for their service and give them there credit card info to make the payment. After the payment goes through and they get their code the SI investigators log into their credit card and see where the payment was processed. If the reseller has arrangements with a credit card processor they can then go to this company and eventually get the identity of the reseller. Even if they don't have arrangements with a credit card processor - they may use it to pay their bills for satellite subscriptions or server fees - they will contact whoever processed it and get the resellers info.

Once the SI investigator has the resellers name, address and phone they go to the reseller with papers in hand demanding $100,000 or more - but they offer to be lenient if the reseller signs an agreement never to do IKS/IPTV again and to cooperate with all of their other investigations against other resellers, card seeders and end users. So the reseller caves in and gives them what they want - including all of the nicknames and IP addresses of all end users. So the SI investigators now have your IP address and before long you may see them show up at your front door with papers in hand offering to settle if you pay them $10,000 and promise never to be a bad boy again.

If you use bitcoin - there is no way for the SI investigator to find out who the reseller is - bitcoins leaves no trail to trace back to the reseller - so by using bitcoin and protecting the reseller you are actually also protecting yourself.
If the reseller is at risk - then all end users are at risk.

You can safely link a pre-paid cc card (not the kind you re-load) to paypal. When you buy the card you have to "register" it to make it active and when you do you use all fake info....name....address....ect, then when you link that card to a separate paypal account you use all the same fake info on paypal as you used when you registered the card. Doing it this way leaves no trace back to you and you can use either just the card or paypal to purchase iks. This works in Canada but not sure about the USA.......

could be the card needs to be active/registered if you are going to link it to a paypal account for it to work? otherwise you are correct, after purchasing a vanilla prepaid cc it is active from the second you leave where ever you bought it from

Agreed NO information is exchanged when purchasing a pre-paid CC the card has no link to anyone once purchased.

This is correct, the card could not be linked to paypal unless it was activated online, the website to activate was right on the back of the card, maybe they have changed it now and or maybe it's different for different cards ?

it's a difference between a vanilla pre-paid cc and a vanilla gift card ...pre-paid needs to be activated once you purchase and a gift card is activated once you pay at the register..big difference

I don't care what kind of credit card you are using - they may not be able to ever trace it back to you - but they can trace it back to the guy you paid - i.e. the reselller .
If a reseller accepts any kind of credit card - he will eventually get nabbed - the Signal Integrity investigators for the Providers are here and actively buying credits on IPTV and IKS using credit cards. When the resellers grab the funds from those credit cards it leaves a trail right to their doorstep.
How do you think all of these resellers here and at other sites are getting busted?
Be smart use something they can not trace back to you or the reseller - IMO bitcoins.

Don't think of just protecting yourself - you also have to think how can I protect the reseller so they won't get caught and give up my IP and other info to save their arse.
