Jynxbox Ultra HD v30 not sending image to TV

When changing the aspect ration on my Jynxbox, the TV screen went blank. I have tried pressing the aspect button many times at no avail. Any help will be appreciated.

The easiest way to resolve this is to hit the Aspect Ratio button on the remote. I can't recall where it is but it is labelled.
