Screen freeze

Hello,

every 3-4-5 minutes my screen freeze between 5 and 10 seconds, just the image not the sound...

Is it a server problem (ultimate...), or can I resolve this myself (I'm using Jynxbox Ultra HD v30)?

a lot of freezing can be attributed to server miscommunication ... If you have more than one server loaded make sure you turn the one not in use to OFF so it doesn't fight for control with the one you are using... also to be sure only load it only once... do not load it once under IP & once under server name as then the server will think you are resharing & eventually cut you off completely.

I'm using only one server with the IP address, not the name...

are you wireless?... or dial-up?... these can also cause problems... is your sat pointed correctly? What signal strength & Quality do you get?

I'm using my home wi-fi.... My signal is 85% and 85%...

I can try with a RJ45 cable on the V30 also, but all my devices here are working grest on the Wi-Fi...

I'm on theultimateiks server... Is it a good one ore many people have this problem with this server?

Run a LAN line ( RJ45 ) instead of your WiFi, make sure you disable it and your freezing issue will be resolved.

Anubis you're THE MAN! I remove the WiFi adapter and plug a RJ45. Booooooooom... Freeze is gone !
