I have a problem with my mag 254,i can see a ghost image (the menu) behind the image.What can i do to fix this problem ?

This could be a problem with the video driver chip, is the box getting too hot?

How are you running the video to the TV? HDMI or component (RGB)? Direct to the TV or through a A/V receiver?

And what type of TV do you have?

If the box is running hot (or too warm) try pointing a desk fan on it as a test, if this fixes the display problem then an external fan may be needed, if it does nothing then try switching the output from HDMI or component to the other type of output.
