This has been posted in the past but decided to update and dig it out. No guarantee this will cure stuck on booting but worth trying to start with and then work from there. Always a chance of other issues...power supply etc. but it does work if there is nothing more than a bad load and or hung on reboot.
1. Format usb stick...I use fat
2. Load the factory 101 file on the usb stick only
3. Turn stb off via back switch
4. Insert the usb stick in stb
5. While holding down the OK button on the front of the stb flip the back switch on
6. Should see load usb on front display...once you see this release the OK button
7. File should begin to load and you should see FLASH 00 and it should begin to count up as it loads
8. After the file loads you see write ok on the front display
9. Stb should reboot having loaded the factory file
10. Reload any (factory) software prior to
