I thought MythBuster's proved that one can pee on an electrified 'something' with no trouble. They did it with the third rail. Seems the pee stream is really discreet drops and not really a continuous stream--so no path. I bet the dog hit the fence with his leg if anything happened at all.

Try it out sometime and you will see mythbusters is sometimes wrong.

I had a friend that walked into an electrified fence (it was dark and we were taking a 'short cut') and starting "woohing" (like a ghost) with little sparks arcing from his shoulders and elbows and swaying back and forth on the fence. A horse hearing the commotion trotted over and bumped him off the fence. Lucky for him it was low level current. Lucky for me that he was walking in front of me :) I was laughing so hard I nearly peed my pants. We were 14 or 15 at the time and I'll never forget it.
