How many STB's do you have?

If it's two, then set one to main server and other to backup server. Something changed that effected my nieghbours, but I got them up with this method, and am in touch with satb about it.

It is down now. Post #876 says they are having host issues. However, the site says server is up on check-host.net. So sometime server site and host do not tells the same thing. That's my take.

Just a comment on being up, this server has got to be the best server out there for the North, using a dreamlink t5 and it is running virtually freeze free. Odd hiccup but that’s far and few in between. Kudos Satb and the team

One of the SID-less STB's is the Viewsat 9000. Some testing was done setting the CAID and there was some intermittent success showing SID running GooWare. But there is another thread for that here;

OK, weird. got 95% on tsn2 and 95% on sportsnet and others. Connects then disconnects from others. Lots of snow but on the ground not the dish.

Depending on equipment it could be the cold. If its below zero as much of the country is you could have a wiring or switch problem if they're not quite up to snuff.
