Agreed I also went to the back up. I did not complain about the service. In fact if you were to look at all my post. I've been the one defending them. I only voiced my point that it's hard to defend when statements are made in good faith and taken in good faith. But for whatever reason do not come to pass. Did not pass blame on anyone just simply stated makes it hard to defend. Didn't say I couldn't or wouldn't.
