Nfps iptv on kodi

Hey guys have a donation code for
Nfps iptv so im using through kodi i enabled stalker add on set my potal to the one im assigned set server info, username password
Mac adress serial id and still get stalker client cant connect have reset code nothing what can i do?

believe you need a MX player as well , or make changes in that area.
