View Full Version : LoboIKS unable to accept PM's

I have been trying to send LoboIKS a PM for the past couple of days, but he has exceeded the number of messages that can be stored in his inbox. How are we supposed to ask questions or renew service if we can't get through to him? Plus no one is letting us know if we're in an ECM, if the server is down or if we're down for good. The service has been good since I've had it, and am ready to renew, but can't because I can't contact him. First Activacentro, then Joeblow, now it looks like Satlobo may be gone. IJS

My neighbor said lobo was working fine until the ecm yesterday so i imagine loboiks is probably too busy trying to get the server back up again to check his pms at the moment..

As was mentioned - there was an ECM. If you have been around any length of time, you would realize everyone who doesn't know what's going on PMs their retailer all asking the same thing - what's going on? - is it fixed yet? - when will it be back up? - why won't you answer me?. So - yeah - his inbox is probably full.

Give him time to filter out the junk mail and I am sure you will be able to contact him.
