jynz box ultra hd v30

jynx box looses signals and then comes back on when i scan 91 it also picks up 82 sats also but missing lots of channels i have a dish 500 pro and a dish lnb do i need to flash it with file 173 thanks for any help

i found that all i needed to do was hook up the cable to 91 to the box and use port 1 then use port 2 for 82 on a dish 500 with a dish network lnb
