What is paired ?

Lately a few urls you chose end up pigeons eating with a message not authorized or a message which says go to a web site to authorize use and PAIR your machine.what is this?

go to the website they list and authorize,you will then be able to view for I think 4 hours.

I get the message (I think on openload only), no pigeons though, I wait few seconds and pair message goes away and show starts. or go different source.
