Voodoo you can if you can download stbemu on your smart tv from google play. Not sure about IPGuys.....but good possibilty.
Not sure about Roku.....never liked that box.

You can only have Voodoo on Roku and Smart tv.
They have a separate server for that with same channel line up.

No because you will need to buy an android box. He is asking about a built in smart tv app that doesn't require any external device.

You won't find the APP on Roku or Samsung store.
When you buy the subscription we give you the Roku private channel access code or the Smart TV app.
