Ftabxx.com has a member 'felica' who was confirmed by a mod to be a d n operative. This person claims to have shut down Chinese gateways and offers amnesty if you ' cease illegal activity' & repond to the provided email addy - with your full name as well as any iks users.

Now the site is 502'd for the second time in 24 hrs.
