Anyone have any info from tutu on status of north server, a posting from the service would be nice.

I am trying to find out from Tutu as well, no reply. Mines is down as well. I hope it hasn't been shut down, usually when they don't reply and it is down. their service is shut down but I hope that is not the case.

yes day 4 without service and they don't reply
but soon as its up you can bet they will be around to respond
funny how they disappear when its not working
should not sell if not support when its down or not working

well well well listen to you. Instead of being a moron and slamming a service maybe you should quit flapping those gums and go legit instead of implicating yourself into sometime you might not want to answer to later???? Think about it fool!

I tend to agree with previous poster but if they did respond to your pm's would you really understand or be any further ahead. You'd be still sitting there with a black screen. Why don't yu just wait it out or maybe try refiring your equipment in case it is back up. good luck

I second that. All we are saying is maybe someone, anyone like maybe a reseller who took our money, to come on here and say something, anything! Maybe say----we're done, we're working on it, we have no idea what's going on------anything. At least we know where we stand and we can find alternative solutions. I don't think we are being unreasonable.

Putting 2 & 2 together and possibly getting 4 I tried to check my E Mail today at Protonmail which is based in Switzerland with no success. I googled internet problems in Europe and there are outages between the US and Europe. It may be a stretch but if the servers supplying Tutu North as well as others like Ultimate are based in Europe then the connections they use could be down. I think we need to wait until the existing internet problems are resolved before we reach the conclusion that Iks is dead.

When I started this thread it was just stating that if down for a few days it would be nice for the reseller to post something letting everyone know the status. This has been done by many other providers to let clients know that they are working on the issues but total silence usually is foreboding. In todays world a little customer service keeps customers and none loses them.

I agree that a quick post would help. It takes seconds to do and would probably be a bit of a relief on the reseller's email inbox as well. I've emailed mine twice and no response. You can't blame people for jumping to conclusions when you get no response. I think people who use the service are for the most part patient and all it would take is a "we'll be down for a couple more days...we're working on it...check back here for updates" would suffice. We don't need to know why or even how long, but knowing that it's not the end of the line and someone is working on restoring service goes a long way.

These threads change very little over the years. When servers had problems in the past members would whine about not knowing what was going on and telling then "maintenance" would suffice to keep them happy and that word worked for years. But alas they caught on and wanted a more in depth response so some went with ecm even when there wasn't one. That worked for awhile. Now they want at least a "we're working on it". lol...Most of these guys you pay to steal for you are resellers(middle men) and don't know any more than you. You're investing peanuts and they are risking all for your peanuts so let's give then a break and wait it out or throw a few more nuts to another reseller. good luck

Do not understand why some people are so obtuse. All anyone is asking of the main provider not a reseller or anyone else here is a posting about the status of their server. Not posting suggests that they have no care about about their revenue stream (us). This is testing and we are not complaining about the few dollars spent (unless someone was sucker enough to pay for a year in advance). If Tutu is toast we will move on, if not then he should let his paying base know that it is being addressed.

I have spoke to tutu via email and he says it will be back up. for times like this back ups are great ota iptv Netflix remove the terminator off your catv tap lol etc. Remember this is testing and not a guarantee

If Tutu wants repeat customers then he should post something. Seems like ultimate is at least posting and also offering a free alternative until his server is resolved

12 days now and only couple resellers posting **** even the main guy for ultimate and or quantium north-iks not showing his face since they been down 12 days ago
