Could be something to do with a girl having menstrual cycle being "unfit" to do something specific--like visit a temple. Not saying that that is what is going on, or that it is not photo-shopped, just that there are such restrictions still in place in some folk's mind (think of Trump and the "blood coming out of someplace" remark)
