Hi everyone,

I've a big trouble with my jynxbox, I've a Bell ExpressVue Dish ( installed by the Bell technician ) and when I've the bell service the sat working really good. Now with the Jynxbox, LNB1 is working good but disconnect every time I want to switch to another channel. It's for sat 82 and 91 (North IKS). LNB2 is not working .. Can someone help me ?
I've tried some setting but nothing working good. Did you think it's the Dish is not pointing at the good place or someting else ?
And some channel I got only sound, no image at all...

Thx for the answer ;)

This sounds a lot like you do not have the correct switch settings. If the dish worked with provider box then it is pointed right (assuming you did not play with it). The provider dish's LNBs often have an internal switch that requires a different setup than diseqc switch on FTA dish setups. Sometimes they even require an external power source rather than rely on the FTA box's LNB drive. There is lots of info on that sort of topic in the "dish hardware" section.

Did you make some setting in the jynxbox ? I've tried almost everything and I lost signal on some transponder all the time.

Can you post exactly what dish and LNB you are using. Are you using a switch? Also can you post your satellite settings that you input from the satellite set up page.

It's a standar Bell dish, 26125 for the LNB it's writed on it DP Plus. For the switch, I don't think I've one.
Satellite setting is all by default. I've tried some setting but nothing work good.

I just read that the DP Plus LNB need mor power than other LNB so it need a power inserter. That is what I need you think ?

You will find lots of hint on using DishPro LNBs and identifying them in the section I provided a link for above.

DP Plus switch setting.

91 = diseqc port one, LNB OSC-DP

82 = diseqc port two, LNB OSC-DP
