I doubt it. But look inside the box and figure out what processor it has, the size of memory: flash and RAM, and what tuner it uses. If all match the box you are interested in then maybe it would work. The remote might not be the same and the front panel display/buttons might be on different processor pins.

I put in lots of work in the past to convert boxes from one code bin to another's, and it is a LOT of work. You have to know the details of both boxes to have any chance. You need datasheets for processors and major chips. Schematics of both boxes are really handy to have--pin use will get you lots of the way, but you have to make those yourself as often as not. Odds are if you don't own both boxes, no one will get into your project to be of any help.

It should all be the same, I have used the software for a V7 on a V2,V3,V5, & V10 with no problem, you need to use a clone safe file like the V7 allchunk file.

My friend has a V22 and it's a bit flaky with the stock firmware, is the allchunk any better? Does allchunks control a 22Khz or SW21 at the end of a diseqce port?
