I Hub Problem

Hello,
My Ihub just stopped working, no connection on the menu and no light at the back of the ihub. any idea what could be the problem? thanks

Sounds like you iHub is either done or it is possible your RS232 port could have gone bad. If you have checked to make sure the iHub is connected good on both ends then I guess the next step would be to check the port. Some good info in the link below in an old thread on checking the RS232 port with a meter. First I would power off via back switch make sure the iHub is snug in the RS232 port and the cat5 is connected good and then power back on. If after that it still doesn't connect and or have both lights then I would trouble shoot further. It's a shame you don't have another SV or have someone close by that has one you could test the iHub on.
