notice how everyone is stopping to help, NO, i bet there will be a guard rail there next week. i'm sure that drive way is like driving on ice, slippery.

Was probably texting...........And a good bet that he/she will have to pay out of pocket for the replacement fire hydrant, something like this cost a friend of mine about $2350 US for the replacement and labor, his insurance did not cover it as it was his fault.
