Good Day,

I would be grateful if I can get some assistance. I have a Dreamlink T1, with 2.4.4 I noticed that last evening, I was having a problem with downloading all apps. For example, I tried to download KODI...the line comes up, and the download starts. However, it just sits there for about 5 minutes and then stops, and then disappears. The download button then comes up. I have tried to download several apps, but the same thing happens over and over. Any assistance that can be given will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Does the correct time show up on start up? Have you rebooted modem? Hard wired? WiFi?

I have rebooted the modem, the T1, and I am hard wired. After the factory rest, I reset my time. Correct time shows up.

What sw is in system info?

Tried mine and Kodi downloads no problem
I tried the newest SBMC and 16.1 both loaded no problem
What others have you tried I loaded Hulu livetv xhamster and NBC Those all work

One of the IPTV apps loaded, but then it would not open. I am not sure what is going on with the unit. Another question...when the unit is in operation, does it have a light on...green, I think? I do not have any light on. the light flashes when I use the remote, other than that, nada... I don't know if this issue is of any significance.

no green light,just red when off

Update: The ISP that I was using seems to have been blocking the downloads. I tried another ISP, and I was able to do the downloads. Thanks to all for your assistance. The ISP has been contacted about the problem.
