Jyazbox V16

Hi,
I want to help a friend with a bricked Jyazbox V16. I know the process using my PC com port and a RS232 cable.
I have found a lot of factory version for different models but can not find V16. Is there any one who can help me with this factory V16 ?? Thanks

They are jynxbox clones so look in the jynxbox files section here and use the jynxbox factory file.
