Dreamlink Ethernet not connected

I just changed my internet modem

I am having issues getting my FTA receivers connected to the internet. For my dreamlink it says ethernet is connected, my other devices that are connected to my router work except for the receiver. I also tried my other receiver and it is having the same issues

Are you using the same cable Ethernet? Try to change it .
