Happy New Year from Ottawa. I'm in a condo sublet and was supplied with subject box. I have lost the server connection and don't know what url to put in to get free iptv.

Yes, I had free iptv service but it hung up about a week ago so I did a factory reset and now I need a url to hook up with a server. I'd just like to have basic Canadian and US channels: CTV,CBC, ABC etc. thanks for your interest!

The only thing free you can get to watch would be under the apps - go to the Market sections and install some of the apps. They also have Kodi available there.
The Server Settings page is for paid IPTV private servers that some of the guys here sell.
