20,000 miles? Ex mechanic here and unless you drive a lot that oil is gunk as it does have a time limit...kiss your 4-runner good bye soon lol.

That being said, Mercedes has a suggested 20,000 km or 1 year service interval now on some models.I do not agree with or abide by it.Full synthetic or not...oil is still oil.They get away with it for a simple reason.
