Recently I've begun seeing a lot of freezing issue's with my IPTV box (Mag254). Internet provider I have is BHELL Fibe.. 150 MB connection but it's a freeze frenzy. Some channels though, are smooth as silk and most are not... just rapid freezes.
I've begun researching into this, seem's Shaw had customers complain about this very issue and now they have fixed it. I will call BHELL tonight and ask them why the heck and how the heck I can fix it.
In the mean time, can you guys throw some suggestions my way on how to fix this issue? I feel that BHELL won't fix it, they obviously do not want to hear about someone using their internet to stream IPTV instead of their fibe cable, which I use... just not with the full packages they offer (way too expensive).
Any help? could it be a MAG254 issue that can be resolved?
I'm using MAG 254 and service is IP Express.
